About
Meet Brooke Langford, LMFT
As a licensed therapist in New York and Florida, I am dedicated to helping clients of all ages build healthier relationships, express their emotions with confidence, and navigate life’s challenges. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your experiences and work toward personal growth.
I specialize in play therapy for children facing ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment issues. With extensive experience, I also provide therapy for teens, young adults, and adults using client-centered, strengths-based, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

My work spans a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, family conflicts, self-esteem challenges, and trauma. Whether you’re dealing with life transitions, relationship issues, or emotional difficulties, I’m here to support you on your path to well-being.

I’m committed to meeting you where you are and supporting your unique journey toward healing and growth. Recognizing that each client is different, I tailor our sessions to your specific needs and goals. Our work together will challenge you, but it will also empower you to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change.

In our sessions, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and trust, while identifying your unique strengths. I offer unwavering support as you navigate current challenges and process past experiences. Together, we’ll develop and practice new coping strategies, build a robust support network, and equip you with the skills to face future challenges with resilience and confidence.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on walks, and reading a good book!
